A 25-year industry veteran, Vera Nelson is living proof of the B.A.M. effect–serving as a broker, advisor and mentor for her clients. She’s committed to real estate and relationships for life, a mission that has established her as one of the most sought-after brokers in Los Angeles.
Starting her career in 1999, Nelson was a top producer for Century 21 Master–San Marino, Compass and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage before founding Hythe Realty. She’s had the opportunity to expand her skillset as a business owner, leading a dynamic team of the industry’s most vital professionals.

Nelson’s career reached new heights in 2023 when she was featured on the cover of Top Agent Magazine. That same year, she was recognized as a real estate all-star in Pasadena Magazine and Los Angeles Magazine.
“Having spent 25 years working real estate, Southern California is my hub–I know it well,” she says. “I see a lot of excitement in Culver City, Glendale, Hancock Park and Beverly Hills.”
An Angeleno local, Nelson is passionate about serving her community both personally and professionally. She currently works as the company’s Charitable Foundation Liaison and was named Veterans United’s Top Partner. In addition to supporting various local causes, this Top Real Estate Leader is passionate about making homeownership dreams come true for those in her community.
I couldn't be happier with having Vera as my realtor! She's the best there is.
